The Beaufort has long been a popular meeting place in town. With its warm, informal atmosphere it is exceptionally welcoming and with a fire and candles, newspapers, magazines and sofas, it’s a great spot to while away an evening.

We are proud to carry the Cask Marque award, so you can be sure to enjoy perfect crystal clear real ale, as well as premium draught beers and ciders.
