Nordic Sauna Experiences
Our completely bespoke and hand crafted mobile beach sauna, or as we lovingly refer to it here at Nordic Glow Wellness, the ‘Hot Hoose,’ lives on the shores of Ollaberry Bay, and holds up to 8 people. The sauna experience is amazing in all weathers, so come relax and watch nature pass you by from the sauna’s panoramic window.
Rooted in the Scandinavian philosophy of ‘lagom’ — not too much, not too little, just enough — our space invites you to slow down and return to balance. We draw from centuries-old traditions of sauna bathing, cold therapy, massage and natural healing, re-imagined through a lens of modern luxury and intentional design.
