Blue Web Design is owned, funded and operated by Blue Universe. Under no circumstances must you copy any of the code or graphics on the site. Modification of any of the graphics is also a breach of copyright, as is passing any of our work as your own. Everything within this site is copyrighted to Blue Web Design and Blue Universe.
If you download any of our downloads, such as those in the extras section, the file remains copyrighted to us including any images, text etc. within the file. We retain full rights to it, and all intellectual property rights therein. Without our permission it is illegal to reproduce, modify, sell, redistribute or change the download in any way, shape or form.
Our liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Blue Universe or Blue Web Design or any of our immediate partner sites, be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site. This includes cases in which a member of staff has been alerted to the possibility. In no event shall we, have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action for accessing this site.
Other
All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any and all other Blue Web Design site(s), shall be dealt with under UK law.
